Whitmer 'disappointed' Trump considering pardons for group convicted in kidnap plot

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer said she was "very disappointed" President Trump said he would consider pardoning a group of men convicted of plotting to kidnap her in 2020. Over a dozen men were originally charged in either state or federal courts in connection with the scheme.
