US Intercepts Second Oil Tanker off the Venezuelan Coast

The United States Coast Guard intercepted a second oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela. NBC News has learned that the tanker is not on a list of vessels sanctioned by the U.S., according to someone familiar with the list. NBC’s Julie Tsirkin reports for Sunday TODAY.
