Rep. Garcia: Trump and Republicans' actions on D.C. are 'blatant power grab'

Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., criticized the actions President Trump and House Republicans have taken to address crime in Washington, D.C., calling it a "blatant power grab." Garcia also joked that if Trump cared so much about the nation's capital "he should step down as president and run for mayor."
