Minnesota shooting suspect went to homes of four lawmakers

Federal authorities say Minnesota shooting suspect Vance Boetler visited the homes of four separate lawmakers on the night he allegedly killed two people and wounded two others. NBC News' Shaquille Brewster reports that investigators are still working to determine his motive.
