Minnesota shooting suspect to face first-degree murder charges

Minnesota authorities say they plan to charge 57-year-old Vance Boelter with first degree murder in connection to the shooting deaths of state Senator Melissa Hortman and her husband. NBC News' Shaquille Brewster reports that investigators are working to determine if others may have been involved.
