A federal judge has temporarily blocked President Donald Trump from sending 200 National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon. Meanwhile, protests in Chicago, Illinois erupted after the Department of Homeland Security confirmed that Border Patrol shot a woman who they say was in one of 10 cars that “attacked and rammed” a patrol vehicle.
