Exclusive: Cuban president says he’s 'not stepping down'

In an exclusive interview with “Meet the Press” moderator Kristen Welker, Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel says he would not be willing to step down. He said Cuban leaders do not have a mandate from the U.S. government.
