Chris Rabb Wins Democratic Primary in Country’s Bluest House Seat

State Rep. Chris Rabb won the Democratic primary in Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District on May 19 in what was a competitive primary in Philadelphia. Given there is no Republican in the race, Rabb will be elected in November as the next member of Congress from what is the most heavily Democratic district in the country.
