Appeals Court Temporarily Reinstates Trump's Tariffs

A federal appeals court has temporarily paused a ruling that would have halted President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs. Less than 24 hours earlier, the Court of International Trade had ruled Trump does not have the unlimited authority to impose them. NBC’s Peter Alexander reports for TODAY.
